Lenn Hammond
is no stranger to worldwide acclaim. His new singles 'What Can I Say' distributed by VP Records and 'Lisa', distributed by Music Ambassador, were both recorded on the FiWi Music label. These singles have long been anticipated by fans who were taken by storm after his smash hit 'Mixed up Moods', a remake of Fantastic Four's 70's classic, flooded international airwaves.Hailing from Port Maria, St. Mary, Jamaica, Lenn stems from a family of balladeers including his father, Winston 'Boyo' Hammond, uncle, Beres Hammond, and cousin, Yogie; the latter, also his label mate. Inspired largely by his father and his uncle, Lenn has been a performer from an early age. At home, he and his brothers would make musical instruments out of cans and anything else they could get their hands on, proceeding to have their own concerts in the backyard providing entertainment for passers by.

Today, Lenn Hammond is an eclectic artist with multiple talents. For over a decade, Lenn has recorded for some of the best producers and production teams in the business. At the same time, he has an impressive repertoire, from Marcia Griffiths to Sizzla, Anthony B to Mr. Easy, to name a few of the artists he has either written for or produced. He has also done the same for label mates, Brah Yhan and Yogie. During the summer of 2002, FiWi Music released the single 'Skies the Limit', an example of the trio's collaboration which also featured Future Troubles.
Other singles currently on the market by Lenn Hammond include 'The Door', featured on the various artists compilation, 'Cable and Friends - Baby Why' produced by Joe Fraser, [VP Records] and the bubbling, 'Rewind the Dream', produced by Mikey Shines, for the compilation 'Pick Your Choice'.
